Admissions to undergraduate course and fulfilment for Degree course – KHCA:

The college undertakes four year degree course divided in to eight semesters; two semesters in each year; admits 60 students. It follows Maharashtra Council of Agricultural Education and Research (MCAER) admission process involving online submission of application forms, and charge tuition fees as per govt. norms. As per PDKV (ICAR) norms the college also fulfils the requirement of Rural Agriculture Work Experience (RAWE) and Experimental Learning Programme (ELP) during VII & VIII semester, respectively. RAWE programme undertaken by KHCA is most robust wherein students are placed in villages 25-50 km away from college campus, groomed under village environment, carry variety field jobs themselves under the supervision of tutorial faculties thereby students acquire in depth knowledge on crop production and livestock management making them competent to face challenges in crop husbandry, and students become innovative to introduce & disseminate modern techniques. Similarly ELP is undertaken in various modular forms where in students select their own model to work upon. College has good library and well developed advanced laboratories.

This process starts as soon as MCAER starts process after declaration of 10+2 results.
